Are the cameras recording? Can you make those recordings available?

I'm sorry, no. The cameras are not recording anything. In order for them to record, they would require enormous amounts of hard drive space on the server(s). I don't have it. Nor would I want to have it. I'm sorry, if you, i. e., experienced a traffic accident on the highway within the cameras' view, they weren't recording it.

What am I looking at? Where in Mountain Top are the cameras located?

The cameras are located on North Mountain Boulevard on PA State Route 309 in Fairview Township. Camera One overlooks the parking lot of a restaurant and sports bar on the highway and faces SW (you can watch the sun set there every day). Camera Two is behind an insurance agency on the highway and faces NW towards Penobscot Mountain. Camera Three has a similar view to Camera One, just angled differently in another window (it runs wirelessly). The building you see across the highway in Three's view is a rehabilitation center. The brown building visible in both Cameras One and Two is part of an apartment complex I live in.

What's the white cloud that's always visible on the left-hand side of Camera One?
